Compensation will be paid to Producers on the 1st and 15th of each month for any commissions received prior to the applicable cutoff date, provided there are no outstanding bills due. Commissions deposited by the 7th will be paid on the 15th, and any commissions deposited by the 23rd will be paid on the 1st of the following month. Commissions will be paid at 50% upfront in the first month, with the remaining 50% distributed evenly over months 2 through 6. Months 7 through 12 will be paid as earned.
